• We are looking for an Automation & Electrical Engineer
• What You Will Work On

Develop automation solutions for packaging equipment and industrial systems. Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems. Develop, modify, and maintain HMI applications and automation software. Design and maintain automation databases supporting machine functionality. Perform system analysis and develop technical solutions based on project requirements. Participate throughout the automation development lifecycle, including documentation, development, testing, and commissioning. Work closely with a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver complete automation solutions. Ensure automation systems meet functional, quality, and performance requirements. Support ongoing troubleshooting and technical problem resolution. Provide automation support and training for customer personnel when required. Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines to optimize system functionality. Contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes and engineering practices.

What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with the complete automation engineering process, including documentation, development, testing, and commissioning. Hands-on experience with PLC programming. Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control engineering. Experience developing and modifying HMI applications. Understanding of industrial automation architecture and system integration. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related technical issues. Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments is an advantage. Experience with Rockwell automation platforms is highly desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams. Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
